Relative poverty is judge on the basis of camparison of relative standard of living of different sections of the people .It measures with respect to level of income , wealth, consumption etc .
Such poverty is found in all countries of the world .It is universal phenomenon. Relative poverty cannot be completely eradicate. However it can be reduce to some extent through appropriate measure.
