Countries like Canada or Germany are good because they offer stability, decent work culture, and immigration pathways. The US has opportunities, but work pressure and visa issues are real concerns. Honestly, it depends more on your field than the country itself.
Job satisfaction is driven more by work culture than salary alone.
I also feel Paris is a good option. The culture there is immersive and something that you can carry with your whole life. Also, some people prefer their home country because they want to stay with their families.
It's more of a personal choice overall.
